Your sign in system needs to be rethought and when you tell someone to call back in half an hour to see where they are in line you should answer the phone. I called three times and got a message each time that you are not answering calls. Pretty poor customer service. To make it even worse I tried calling in the morning and got the same "we don't care about our customers" message/ you are not answering calls. Call me, 916-921-9697 and lets discuss your marketing skills. Because of the poor service I have to wait until next Thursday to get a haircut.
