Checked in online, showed up and got passed over by three walk ins, total wait time close to 2hrs. Had to cancel so I could go to other appointments. Consistent problem with this company, major problem with this location.

I just received the worst haircut lol. I mean the person cutting my hair obviously has not done this before.. chopped my side burns completely off and on top of it one is literally a half inch higher than the other.. I was literally cringing while this guy was cutting my hair. I will never go back again and this is coming from someone who has been a customer for years . ****ing embarrassing
